Convert the selected curves into 'dashed' curves with the given parameters.
Steps
1. Download this file and open it in Rhinoceros 7®.
2. Run the command 'Stitches'.
3. Set the options as intended.
4. Select the red curves.
Command options
Method: Set the stitch direction relative to the curve. Dash: Set the length for the stitches. Spacing: Set the length between each stitch. DeleteInput: Delete the selected object(s). Properties: If is set to 'Input', the result object(s) will be have the same properties of the selected object.
Notes
- Both planar and 3D curves are supported.
- If the selected method is dashed then both 'Dash' and 'Spacing' values are adjusted to the curve length.
- If the selected method is perpendicular then the 'Spacing' value is adjusted to the curve length.
- If the selected method is perpendicular and the curve is 3D the dashes direction is CPlane sensitive.
