1. Download this file and open it in Rhinoceros 7®.
2. Run the command 'ReShape'.
3. Set the options as intended.
4. Select the red curves as the 'Objects to Reshape'.
5. Select the green curve as the 'New Shape'.
6. Set the 'Object Origin' to the blue point.
