Creates a array of offset curves with the given parameters.
Steps
1. Download this file and open it in Rhinoceros 7®.
2. Run the command 'Multiple Offset'.
3. Set the options as intended.
4. Select the red curves as the 'Curves to Offset'.
5. Select any location to set the 'Offset Side'.
Command options
Step: Set the distance to each offset curve, in other words the array step. From: Set the distance to the first offset curve. To: Set the distance to the last offset curve. Corner: Specifies how offset corner continuity handled. These options only apply if the offset direction is to the 'outside'. OffsetSide: Specifies the side to offset. LinkCurves: If is set to 'True', links each offset curve and creates a single curve as result. Properties: If is set to 'Input', the result object(s) will have the same properties of the selected object.
Notes
- For non-planar curves, this command is CPlane sensitive.
- Both planar and non-planar curves are supported as 'Curves to Offset'.
- Both open and closed curves are supported.
- For optimal results use Periodic NURBS curves (SubD friendly).
- Multiple curves can be selected.
- 'Step', 'From' and 'To' options supports positive and negative values.
- To change closed curves start point, point the mouse to the curve start and drag the point to the new position.
- To flip the curve direction, point the mouse to the curve start and click over the direction arrow.
